At Dot Dot Loans we like to keep things simple, that's why we've put together this page full of helpful information for our existing customers. Need help with managing your loan, making a payment or taking out an additional loan? You've come to the right place.
We've tried to make things easy for you to manage your loan, all the information is available online, ready for when you need it.
You can view your loan online via the Customer Portal. On the Customer Portal you can view your balance, payment schedule and much more. To register for the Customer Portal, you will need the following information:
These details will need to match the ones you provided during your loan application. After you've registered, you'll be able to login with just your email address and password.
All your previous payments can be viewed by logging into the Customer Portal and navigating to the 'Payment Profile' section. If you've just made a payment it may not be shown in the list straightaway, if you refresh your browser or log back in later, it should then appear. After 24 hours, if the payment still isn't showing up, please get in contact with us and we'll be happy to investigate it further.
We understand that people may move to a new house, get a new phone or their debit cards could expire, however it's important that the information we hold about you is up to date and accurate. If you need to update your personal details (address, telephone number, email address) or change your payment card, then please contact us and a member of our friendly team will be able to do this for you. If you wish to reset your password for the Customer Portal, you can do so here
If you wish to pay your loan off early or have any questions about it, then you will need to contact us. A member of our team will answer any questions you have and let you know the outstanding balance on your existing loan. You could be entitled to a rebate of interest; this will depend on how much you've paid so far and how much remains on your loan.
Repaying your loan is straightforward – we'll even take the payments automatically, giving you one less thing to worry about.
Once your loan has been paid out, we'll collect the repayments from your nominated bank account on an agreed date, usually your pay day. This will be done via direct debit, saving you the hassle of having to make payments every month.
If for any reason, you don't think you'll be able to make one of your repayments, please get in touch and let us know as soon as possible. We'll be happy to discuss your circumstances and the options you have available to help get you back on track.
You don't need to worry about any late or missed payment fees as we never charge them, however not making your repayments in full and on time could affect your credit score.
There are also a number of free, independent organisations which can provide you with free and impartial advice if you find yourself getting into financial difficulty: National Debtline, StepChange and Christians Against Poverty.
If you want to make an extra payment or catch up on a previous payment you can do this by giving us a call and a member of our team will take the payment from you over the phone. Please note we don't accept payment via credit card.
If you've borrowed from us before, applying for a new loan is quick and convenient. Login to your online account to get started.
